Where is Dr. Abdul Hadi's clinic?
The clinic is at Room No. 227, 2nd Floor, Pak Medical Center, Khyber Bazar, Peshawar.
How do I book an appointment?
Call or WhatsApp the clinic number. The clinic is open Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and is closed on Saturday and Sunday.
What are Dr. Hadi's qualifications?
MBBS, CHPE, FCPS in Orthopedics and Trauma, and a fellowship from the Pakistan Orthopaedic Association in soft tissue reconstruction, arthroplasty and arthroscopy of the shoulder and knee. He is PMDC registered and a member of the Pakistan Orthopaedic Association and Pakistan Arthroscopy and Sports Surgery.
Does Dr. Hadi accept new patients?
Yes. New patients are welcome, with or without a referral.
02 Knee

Is ACL surgery done arthroscopically in Peshawar?
Yes. Dr. Abdul Hadi performs arthroscopic ACL reconstruction using minimally invasive techniques.
How long does ACL surgery take?
The procedure typically takes 60 to 90 minutes under general or spinal anaesthesia.
When can I return to sport after ACL reconstruction?
You can expect to be back in full sport 6 to 9 months after surgery, depending on your rehabilitation progress. Walking, daily activities, running and return to sport are separate stages, and you are cleared through them one at a time.
Can meniscus tears heal without surgery?
Some small, partial tears can settle with conservative treatment. Complete or complex tears typically require arthroscopic repair or meniscectomy, depending on the tear pattern and tissue quality.
Can MCL injuries heal without surgery?
Grade I and II MCL injuries often heal with physiotherapy and bracing. Grade III complete ruptures, especially with combined ligament injuries, may require reconstruction.
03 Shoulder

How many dislocations before surgery is needed?
Stabilization is generally considered once your shoulder has dislocated a second time, particularly if you are young or active.
What is the difference between Bankart repair and Latarjet?
Bankart repair is an arthroscopic procedure for standard instability. Latarjet is used when a CT scan shows significant glenoid bone loss.
Can a rotator cuff tear heal without surgery?
Small, partial tears may respond to physiotherapy and injections. Large or complete tears typically require surgical repair for full recovery of strength.
04 Joint replacement
Joint replacement questions

How long is recovery after knee replacement?
Your recovery is your own. You will usually start walking soon after surgery with assistance or a walking aid, and your mobility and daily activities improve week by week after that. Full recovery can take several months.
How long does a knee replacement last?
Modern knee replacements last 15 to 25 years in most people at appropriate activity levels.
When can I walk after hip replacement?
You will usually be walking with assistance the same day or the day after your surgery. Independent mobility returns over the following weeks.
Can arthritis be cured without surgery?
Arthritis cannot be cured, but its progression can be slowed and symptoms managed with the right treatment plan.
