What is MCL reconstruction?
MCL injuries are graded from Grade I, a mild sprain, to Grade III, a complete rupture. If yours is Grade I or II, it will often settle with conservative treatment in 4 to 8 weeks.
A Grade III rupture — particularly if you have injured other ligaments at the same time — often needs surgical reconstruction, which Dr. Hadi performs using minimally invasive techniques.
